I am extemely glad on one hand that i could survive the A to Z April Challenge, while on the other i had hiccups catching up with the Global Poetry Writing Month too. My third year of AZ blogging was smoother than the previous ones as there were few lessons learnt from them. However, the theme gave the required twists; Lotttt of research was involved to keep up the quality of the posts and to bring in my poetic mind too.
Old is always gold 🙂 while my old friends did stand by my side all along, i had the opportunity to meet a variety of like minded bloggers this year who made this challenge even more interesting and i am already looking forward for the next year 😉
The A to Z forms of poetry at a glance:
I quiet liked the fancy names and the logos of our Cohosts…and i still wonder on what basis they have teamed up and just a little curious to know how they assist/help during the challenge?? Well, the badges and banners became interesting this year; the theme reveal before start and the reflections at the end being the boost.
This challenge stood as a platform not only motivate us to write new pieces but also to read and get to know fellow bloggers exposing us to other creative minds. I like to reflect few of them here; Silvia, Rasma, Nimmi, Ameena, Lizlee, Doc.Amit, Rosema, Mandi, Dajena…… for swimming along with me throughout the month. Do visit them, believe me ,you will not be dissapointed 🙂 Also HBhatnagar, Maniparna, Shalom, and Chaitali for their regular feedbacks and Allllll those lovely people(each and every one) out there who stood with me along this challenge.
It feels good to be …..

Hi, I’m popping by from the A-Z Reflections posts. I will pop back tomorrow to read more of your poetry posts. Seems to be a bit of overlap. My theme was Letters to Dead Poets and I wrote letters to such a range of poets from Issa, through to Tagore and Keats etc. Here’s a link: https://beyondtheflow.wordpress.com/2016/05/09/atozchallenge-reflections-66-652-words-wiser/

Hello! Have followed you now, as I found it tricky keeping up during the challenge with going back to posts i had enjoyed, although of course I did comment for every comment and visit as many blogs a night as possible! Will go through yours now at leisure. ~Liz http://www.lizbrownleepoet.com
