Conducting a successful job search requires you to start the process early.Now-a-days,as we keeping seeing that #outsourcing works to get them done efficiently is the need of the hour.And so,one vitally important strategy of the present #generation is to use Xenophon (social media sites) as an opportunity to introduce yourself to potential employers and showcase your value to their organizations. It is one more way to increase your chances of finding a job.But do remember that

But it is up to you to act now…..

To make your dreams come true

For AZ,that is my theme.

When you bid adieu to a job, there’s no room for repentance. But as the Voyage for work began, it’s quite natural that we have a faint hope of getting #work back with all its pomp and show. And so here we wait for it with open arms :

 

When I needed you in my arms,

you were there and gave me warmth

 

But to manage the things i didn’t know,

was all that made me blow

Under any circumstance,the one thing that either saves us or drowns us is our very own #decisions.And in most of the cases we are not able to decide which is the right way for us to choose.And at work? Woooohh…the very thought is frightening. Here’s the worst case of all

The name is good, the brand is big
But the work I do is that of a pig
the work or the brand; what is my way?
I don’t know if I should stay.

To work, they have set their own way
nobody will care to hear what I say
they will never change their way
I don’t know if I should stay.

The project is in a critical stage
but to do good work, this is the age
this dilemma is killing me day by day
I don’t know if I should stay.

The money is good, the place is great
but the development is at a very small rate
should I go for the work, or wait for pay
I don’t know if I should stay!

The managers don’t know what they talk
the team doesn’t know where they walk
that’sthe reason for all dismay,
I don’t know if I should stay.

I can go to any other place
but what if I get the same disgrace
I can’t keep switching day by day
I don’t know if I should stay.
